Dosage Adults and children over 12 years- one pastille to be sucked slowly as needed. No more than fifteen pastilles in 24 hours. Children 6 to 12 years- one pastille to be sucked slowly as needed. No more than ten pastilles in 24 hours. Children under 6 years- one pastille to be sucked slowly as needed. No more than five pastilles in 24 hours.
