Dosage Adults and children over ten years-two to four capsules to be taken at night.
Contains Not for use in children under ten years without medical supervision. Do not use if constipation is accompanied by symptoms of nausea, vomiting ,stomach pain, bleeding or patient is known to have a blockage in the bowel, appendicitis, IBS or severe dehydration. Not suitable for use in ileostomy, colostomy, or pregnancy. Do not use regularly as this can lead to dehydration. If symptoms persist for more than three days, consult your doctor.
