Dosage
The 4mg strength should be used if the first cigarette of the day is usually within thirty minutes of waking. Each piece should be placed in the mouth and allowed to dissolve, moving it from one side of the mouth to the other. This may take 20 to 30 minutes. Ideally, 9 or less pieces should be sucked daily but certainly no more than 15. Treatment is in three stages: Stage one- One lozenge every one to two hours for up to six weeks, Stage Two- one lozenge every two to four hours for three weeks the Stage three- one lozenge every four to eight hours. Lozenge use should be gradually reduced over three months.

Lozenge contains 4mg Nicotine per piece.
Cautions
Not to be used by under 18's unless recommended by your doctor. Not to be used by occasional or non-smokers. Use with care if high blood pressure, heart disease, angina, skin sensitivity or disease, diabetes, overactive thyroid and stomach ulcers. Use in pregnancy and breast feeding only under a doctor's advice.
