Product Detail
Contains a blend of herbs to soothe and aid restful sleep.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 take 2 tablets one hour before bedtime. Do not give to children under 12.

Each tablet contains: Extract of hops equivalent to 200mg Extract of Valerian equivalent to 160mg Extract of Passion Flower Equivalent to 130mg
