A single dose, easy to swallow caplet providing short-term relief of sleeplessness.
Dosage
Adults and Children over 16 years- one caplet to be taken twenty minutes before going to bed.
Contains
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg per caplet.
Cautions
Not to be given to children under 16 years. May cause drowsiness next day therefore if affected do not drive or operate heavy machinery. Avoid alcohol. Do not use if you suffer with any of the following; Glaucoma, Prostate problems, Asthma, Stomach ulcers. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Use with caution if epileptic. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking medicines for depression or anxiety before taking this product. If symptoms of sleeplessness persist, consult your doctor.
