|Can I order my repeat human prescription from my surgery from Manor Pharmacy?|
Yes, simply visit the NHS Prescription section and choose which prescription you require. Before adding your item to the basket, ensure the 'I'd like to order a repeat prescription' box is ticked. You will then need to fill in a small number of questions, then upload your prescription. You will need to send us the original human prescription.
|How can I order prescription medication?|
Order your prescription medication or other items on-line. You will then shortly receive an automated invoice to your email account requesting that you print this out and post on to the address provided together with your prescription.
Once we receive your prescription we will be able to forward your prescription items to the address you have provided for delivery. Order your prescription items by using our online consultation which negates the need to send in a prescription
Please note we CANNOT accept faxes or scans and must have the original prescription before the medication can be posted on to you.
We attempt to post out medication the day after the prescription is received wherever possible though please allow for weekends when we are not in the office.

|Can I have antimalarials on the NHS?|
No, these should be supplied against a private prescription only. The B.N.F. states ‘ Drugs for Malaria prophylaxis are not prescribed on the N.H.S.
|My Prescription is written by a doctor who is outside the UK|
We are able to accept prescriptions that have been written by EU Registered Prescribers.
|Do you need to have the original prescription?|
The Medicines Act stipulates that we must be in receipt of the original prescription, and not a copy.
|Can I buy Malarone, Lariam (Mefloquine) or Doxycycline without a prescription?|
We do offer an Online Consultation service where one of our specially trained pharmacists can write a prescription for you, replacing the need to see your GP.
|Are all products on the Manor Pharmacy website genuine?|
Manor Pharmacy only provide products that are 100% genuine, we are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council which allows you to check out the registration details of our pharmacy and the pharmacists behind the website.
Please take care when using overseas websites or sites that do not display the GPhC logo as inappropriate or fake medicines pose a serious risk to health.

|How can I check the status of my order?|
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the Manor Pharmacy website and clicking on the 'My Order History' link. There you will be able to see any new & previous orders.
|What form of payments do Manor Pharmacy accept?|
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & Visa Electron.
|Can I purchase items that are marked 'Out of Stock'?|
If an item is marked as 'Out of Stock' on the website, then you will not be able to purchase it until it has come back into stock. You can sign up for an 'Out of Stock Alert' by clicking the 'Email me when back in stock' link on that particular product page.
|How do I change my billing/delivery address?|
If you need to change a billing or delivery address, then simply log into your account and click on the 'Address Book' link, there you will be able to change or edit your addresses.
|I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?|
If you have forgotten your login password, then simply enter the email address that you initially signed up with, and click the 'Forgotten Password?' link. Your new password will then be sent to you. When you have logged back into your account we advise you to change it to something memorable to you. If you fail to receive the reset email password, then please check any junk/spam email folders to ensure if hasn't been delivered there. If you still haven't received your reset email then contact us for help.
|How do I use a promotional code?|
If you have a promotional code that can be used on the Manor Pharmacy website, then simply enter the code when viewing your basket. If you have a problem with a promotional code, then please contact us for assistance.

If you need to change your email address or update your email subscription preferences, then simply log into your account and click on the 'My Details' link.
