Your dog or cat can pick up fleas from any other place an infected animal has been, either indoors or outdoors, it doesn't take long for 1 flea to become a big problem, with 1 in 5 cats and 1 in 10 dogs having fleas. Fleas also spread fast, with a female flea laying 50 eggs a day, so if left untreated your pet can become infested quickly.

Frontline Spot On is fast acting, long lasting and water resistant for up to 48 hours after application. Frontline Spot On is designed to kill fleas with 24 hours and ticks within 48, and helps dogs stay protected from fleas for up to 2 months and cats for up to 5 weeks. Both dogs and cats are protected from ticks for up to 1 month. When treating your cat or dog, the Frontline should be applied directly to the skin, and not the fur, it is recommended to apply to the back of the neck, between the shoulder blades where your pet cannot lick it off.

If your house has become infected with fleas, then Frontline Combo or spray will help to kill the fleas on your animal and also prevents the contamination of the environment of treated animals. Frontline Combo and Frontline Spray both require a prescription before they can be sent.
