All of these conditions will have an effect on how you walk, run or even stand, therefore it is important to combat any feet problems as soon as you feel them.
One of the most common problems we find with out feet are blisters, this is due to irritation on the skin, normally from wearing tight fitting or incorrectly fitted shoes, treatments such as Compeed blister plasters are ideal for healing and reducing pain. As well as blisters, fungal infections are also common problems when it comes to feet. The most common issue being athletes foot or verrucas. Athletes foot occurs when fungi grows on, or in, the skin, especially on warm or moist areas of the foot. Symptoms often include cracked, swollen or itchy skin, normally between the toes. Verrucas normally occur on the sole of your feet due to the fact they are passed from skin-to-skin contact, they are often firm and sit on top of the skin and can be treated with gels that either burn or freeze the verruca away.
