A tablet for the prevention and relief of travel sickness in adults and children over 5 years.
Dosage
Adults and Children over 10 years: Prevention - one tablet the night before travelling for long journeys, or 2 hours before travelling for short journeys. Treatment - Take one tablet as soon as you feel sick followed by a second tablet the same evening, if needed take a third tablet the next evening. Children 5 - 10 years: half the adult dose.

Promethazine teoclate 25mg.
Cautions
My cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcoholic drink. Not to be taken during pregnancy except on medical advice.
