In orders that are split for dispatch, only the parts of the order that notified as dispatched represent an acceptance by us of that offer.
7.1 Prescription Only Medicine – Veterinary:
Where an order is placed for a veterinary prescription only medicine (POM-V), you will need to obtain a signed prescription from your vet. We will then need to see either, preferably, the original prescription (which you would be required to post) or an electronic copy before we are able to dispatch your medicine.
In certain circumstances we may insist on seeing the original prescription even if you have sent us a copy, this will be done so that we are able to comply with the Veterinary Medicine Regulations.
Without prior agreement, failure to send a prescription within 30 days of ordering will result in us cancelling your order. We will refund a cancelled order in these circumstances, however, we may charge for any expenses incurred by ourselves.
Only Medicine – Human on your Doctor/Dentist/Nurse Prescription
When an order is placed to fulfil a prescription from your Doctor/Dentist or Nurse we then need to see the original prescription (which you would be required to post) before we are able to dispatch your medicine.
7.3 Prescription Only Medicine – Using our Online Consultation Service:
Any prescription medicines ordered through our online consultation service will not need you to send us a prescription, as our Independent Pharmacy Prescribers will write one for you for our files.
