Broadline is for the treatment, prevention and control of flea, tick and biting lice infestations and internal parasite infestation on large cats.

Broadline combines both external and internal parasite control in a single product. It is simple to use, the applicator transfers the treatment directly onto your cat’s skin. It contains two active ingredients that target fleas and ticks and two that destroy the main types of worms affecting cats; allowing you to target fleas, ticks and worms all at the same time.

Helps controls flea bite hypersensitivity by flea control and will kill newly acquired fleas within 8-24 hrs. It prevents flea eggs from hatching and can be used for the treatment and control of tick infestations, biting lice, roundworms, hookworks and tapeworms.

Contains fipronil.

Can be used on kittens from 8 weeks of age.

Dosage:

Pull back the plunger slightly, remove cap, place the tip of the applicator on the skin and apply the contents directly on the skin in one spot on the midline of the neck between the base of the skull and shoulder blades.

Broadline is a prescription item, therefore the item will be sent once a prescription is received. Prescriptions should be posted to:

STANDARD DELIVERY:

UK, Channel Islands, N Ireland, Highlands and Islands - Standard delivery arrives 2-3 days after dispatch or for heavy parcels Courier next day after dispatch Mon-Thu.
Europe - We no longer send orders to European or International destinations.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

Express delivery arrives 1-2 days after dispatch or for heavy parcels Courier 1-2 days after dispatch Mon-Thu.

24hr MON-FRI DELIVERY:

Non-Food - Light parcels, delivered Tue-Fri, signature required or for heavy parcels Courier next day Mon-Thu delivery after dispatch.
Food Mainland UK - If ordered before 12pm, next day courier delivery.
Food Other UK - Two day courier delivery service.


RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We understand that you may want, at times, to return an item you’ve purchased from us. To make this process quick and convenient for you, please read the policy below.

MEDICINES:

We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication. If you return a medicine to us all we can do is dispose of it correctly for you as it cannot be resold.

Of course, if we have made a mistake or the product is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns as long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving the order and received the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item  we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.

OTHER PRODUCTS:

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any other item you have purchased from us, you may return it if you notify us within 10 days of receiving the order and we receive the product back within 30 days. Once we have received the returned item we will refund the amount paid or resend the product.

GENERAL:

All returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. We only accept returns for products that have been purchased through us.

Any return which does not meet the conditions set above will not be refunded or replaced.

Customer errors: Customers are humans and make mistakes. Sometimes customers put the wrong address in on their order. We are happy to re-ship the item when it is returned to us by Royal Mail. This may take upto 28 days depending on the error made.

Non-Delivery: If an item remains undelivered within 7 working days (exc Sat-Sun) from dispatch then the customer needs to check with their local delivery office/post office for uncollected items.
